Inspections will be made on complete Structural  Systems, Exterior Systems, Roof Systems, Plumbing Systems, Electrical Systems, Heating Systems, Air Conditioning Systems, Interior Systems, Insulation and Ventilation Systems, Fireplace and Solid fuel Burning Appliance Systems.

Note: All systems will be rated to one or more of the following:

 Satisfactory: System or component is functional and shows typical aging.

Marginal: System should be monitored for possible replacement within five      years.

 Poor: System or component is defective and requires immediate repair /  replacement.

All systems are so noted in a report with items of concern noted in final summary for safety reasons and or to prolong the longevity of home.
